All orders will be shipped within minimum 5 to maximum 20 business days of receiving payment and placing of order, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Our product is not pre-made or kept in stock, but rather produced only when there is a confirmed order from a customer. Therefore, we require 5 - 20 working days in the customization and personalization of the product depending on the product size and intricacy and for the delivery partner to deliver the product to you.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
