Returns Policy


Rasti does not offer refunds. Sale items are eligible for exchange if damaged or if you receive a product different from that size that you ordered.


Items to exchange must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags still attached.


Please follow our garment care instructions to prolong the life of your garment.


Rasti does not cover the return postage costs, these are at your own expense. We are also not responsible or accountable for garments being returned. We advise you to use trackable services and take note of your tracking number.


All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you.


Email if you believe your garment is faulty within 24 hours of delivery and we'll get back to you within the next 48 hours to resolve your query.
